Personality
Law has a reputation as the "Surgeon of Death," a ruthless, coldly calculating pirate. And he certainly is a scheming and prickly man with a dark sense of humor and a jaded outlook on life, but he is also a pretty decent guy, under the surface. While he declares that the idea of pirates doing good deeds makes him want to puke, he frequently goes out of his way to protect his crew and allies, often at his own expense, and prefers to avoid outright killing whenever possible. Despite the broody edgelord image Law cultivates, deep down he is a nerd who enjoys coin collecting, gets excited about ninjas, and can't help info-dumping when a villain from his favorite comic series appears before him in the flesh. He can even, in the right company, be goaded into acts of outright shounen dumbassery.

Weaknesses

Water: The drawback to eating a Devil Fruit is that it leaves the user unable to swim. Law will sink like a hammer in any body of water, and contact with seawater will nullify all his powers and make him go completely limp.

Content Warnings
Law has a One Piece-typical traumatic backstory which, in addition to general death and violence, involves themes of genocide, terminal illness, dehumanization, child solders, and violence against children. He is unlikely to bring any of this up, but if you want to be sure to not have it mentioned around you/your character feel free to drop me a line.
